  • chevron_rightHow do I pay my Assessments?
    Assessment Information
The Board of Directors for Sonoma Verde Homeowners Association approves the Annual Operating Budget, which is split evenly amongst all homeowner lots in the community. This creates the Annual Assessment amount billed quarterly to each homeowner.

Assessments allow the Association to provide the high-quality service our homeowners expect, including common area landscaping, community entryways, parks, trails, and playgrounds, amenity centers, pools, and more. HOA payments are the homeowner's responsibility per quarter—they are NOT part of your mortgage or escrow accounts, which you created at closing.

When are assessments billed and due?
      • January 1
      • April 1
      • July 1
      • October 1
Once assessments are billed, homeowners have 30 days to pay before it is considered late and a fee is applied. Currently, the quarterly assessment amount for the community is $249.00 ($996.00 annually)

With CCMC's new resident portal, BUURT, you can set up single sign-on (SSO) with Western Alliance Bank to make payments, view your account balance, and access community information all in one place!

          • One-time and recurring electronic check payments
          • One-time and recurring credit/debit card payments
Click here to access the new resident portal or visit CCMC’s resident portal page to access how-to guides for creating your account, paying and viewing your account balance, and more.

Even though single sign-on will allow you to make payments through WAB from the BUURT resident portal, CCMC and WAB are not related companies, and the payment portal is maintained by WAB.
