Amenity Center
The Sonoma Verde Amenity Center is open to residents seven days a week from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. You need your activated access card to utilize the facility at your leisure!
Lap Swim is an option for the community during the summer months. If you wish to have access to the lap swim hours, please complete the Lap Swim registration to have your access updated.

The management team will be on-site during regular office hours, Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Pool Opening
Pool season begins in May each year.
The pool is open from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm each day. Lap Swim is 7:00 am to 9:00 am daily.
If you are a new resident and looking to pick up access cards, you need to follow these steps:
1. Submit your Amenity Access Card Request Form
2. Wait for the email confirming that your cards are ready for pickup and stop by to sign the pool rules form and pick up your cards.
3. Always bring your amenity access card to the pool to access the gate and help us work together to create a safe environment for all association members to enjoy.
