Pool Opening
We are just as excited to open the pool this summer as you are. While the Governor’s orders from earlier this month allowed pools to reopen, these orders also included new guidelines for community pools.
The new guidelines set by authorities raise several liabilities for the Association, and in turn, its residents and Board. We must create a solution for these in order for the pools to open, and this includes guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as those imposed by the State of Texas and local authorities. Per the new orders, we may only allow a total capacity of 25% while maintaining social distancing guidelines both in and out of the pool, as well as providing constant cleaning of high-touch surfaces, which would include gates, doors, and restrooms (some after each use). If these standards are not met, the Association could be forced to close the pools and be fined by local authorities. With this in mind, we will be opening the pools on a limited basis, Monday, June 1, 2020.
How this works in three easy steps:
1.  Read the measures the association is taking here and agree to follow all rules and regulations.
2.  Sign and submit the amenity waiver below to avoid lines at the pool and help our pool monitors follow appropriate rules set forth.
3.  Bring your amenity pass and ID to the pool and help us work together to create a safe and clean environment for all members of the association to enjoy.
