Be sure to submit well before you want to start your project
A completed application must be submitted in full and include any required supporting materials, such as drawings, photos, and when applicable, a site plan with dimensions. A $50 application fee, payable to Sonoma Verde Homeowners Association, is required, and the homeowner’s signature must be included.
Applications may be submitted online using the form below. Once a complete application is received, the Board has up to 20 days to review and provide a written response by email.

Any and all exterior changes to your property require the submission of an application for review. The following list provides common examples of projects that require approval, but it is not all-inclusive.
Examples of changes that need approval:
- Covered Patio
- Exterior Lighting
- Landscape Changes
- Painting
- Pergola
- Pool
- Roof Replacement
- Repair of only a few shingles does not require approval
- Satellite Dish
- Storage Shed
