Toddler Time

If you have a preschooler, you are invited to join us for "Toddler Time" at the Amenity Center. We will sing songs, have a story time, color a picture and have a snack. A parent must be in attendance with the preschooler. Please bring your Amenity Access Card with you so you can access the entrance gate.
 
 
Daylight Saving Time Begins

Daylight Saving Time (DST) is the practice of moving the clocks forward one hour from Standard Time during the summer months and changing them back again in the fall. The general idea is that this allows us all to use natural daylight better: moving the clocks forward one hour in the spring grants us more daylight during summer evenings, while moving clocks back one hour in the fall grants us more daylight during winter mornings.
St. Patrick's Day

St. Patrick’s Day falls on March 17th each year. Whether you’re Irish or not, chances are you’ve celebrated St. Patrick’s Day at some point in your life. People of all backgrounds love to go to St. Patrick’s Day parades, wear green clothing and decorate with shamrocks. We hope you all have a wonderful day celebrating and wearing green!

In 2024, the March equinox happens on March 19th at 11:06 pm (EDT). This falls on a Tuesday and is the astronomical beginning of the spring season in the Northern Hemisphere and the autumn season in the Southern Hemisphere.
 
In the Northern Hemisphere, the spring equinox in the Northern Hemisphere (also called the March equinox or vernal equinox across the globe) occurs when the Sun crosses the celestial equator going south to north. It’s called the “celestial” equator because it’s an imaginary line in the sky above the Earth’s equator. Imagine standing on the equator; the Sun would pass directly overhead on its way north. 
 
On the March equinox, the Northern Hemisphere and Southern Hemisphere receive roughly equal amounts of sunlight; neither hemisphere is tilted more toward or away from the Sun than the other.

Join your neighbors on the forth Friday of each month at Rosini Vineyards & Winery in the heart of Rockwall County. Rosini Vineyards offers a variety of wines and drinks along with appetizers and meals that you're sure to enjoy. They also feature live music starting at 6:00 pm. This is not a private Sonoma Verde Event. Rosini is open to the public and we are just using this evening as a time to gather with friends and neighbors. You may reserve a table by going to their website at RosiniVineyards.com.

Sign up to donate blood during our Easter Egg Scramble Event between the hours of 11:00 am and 3:00 pm at the Amenity Center. This is your chance to help save lives in Texas.
 
 
Easter Egg Scramble

Hop on over to the Amenity Center for our annual Easter Event, complete with and Easter Egg Hunt, Easter Bunny with a Photo area, food trucks, inflatables, face painters, and music. Don't miss this fun spring event and spending time with friends in the community.
Klassic Kids Workshop

Stop by the Klassic Kids Workshop table at the Easter Event to make your own Easter Bunny headband. Supplies will be availalbe from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm while they last.
Spring Marketplace

During the Easter Event, we will have our Spring Marketplace vendor fair. Take time to shop the small businesses and pick out your spring gear and supplies.
 
Note: All vendors set their own prices and collect funds separately for purchases at their booth.
