| Description: | Join our Pilates Fusion Flow class for a dynamic and energizing workout that combines the principles of strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness. This class is designed to provide a low-impact exercise experience with elements of intensity to challenge and invigorate the body and mind. All levels welcome and modifications will be given. Please bring a mat and blocks (optional). If you have any questions about the class, please contact Lori Shields.
All participants must sign a Waiver before taking any classes.
