Ready to turn up the energy and hit those fitness goals? We are thrilled to invite you to Get Fit with Sheila, our high-energy workout sessions held right here at the Sonoma Verde Amenity Center!
 
Whether you are looking to kickstart your morning or push your routine to the next level, Sheila’s classes are the perfect place to get active with your neighbors.
 
The Details:
  • When: Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (Wednesday's are in the water during pool season as weather permits. Make sure to join the GroupMe chat.)
  • Time: 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
  • Where: Sonoma Verde Amenity Center
  • Commitment: No RSVP required—just show up ready to move!
  Important Note for Newcomers: We love seeing new faces! If it is your first time joining the class, please arrive a few minutes early to sign a quick liability waiver before we get started.
