For more than a decade, Sonoma Verde has been home to Savannah and her family, and now this talented young resident is adding even more color to the community through her growing balloon arch business, Party Pops. At just 15 years old and heading into her sophomore year of high school, Savannah has already spent the last two years building a business centered around creativity, celebration, and making special moments even more memorable. “I wanted something I could be creative with,” Savannah shared. “I always liked the idea of decorating for parties, and this was my way to do it!” From birthdays and celebrations to themed events, Savannah has quickly discovered a passion for bringing her clients’ visions to life through colorful balloon arches and custom designs. One of her favorite themes to create? Movie-inspired arches. “What I love most is the people I work with,” she said. “They are always so kind and creative with what they want, and it makes it so fun.”
Like many successful entrepreneurs, Savannah started by learning from others, studying photos, watching tutorial videos, and practicing her craft. She credits much of her drive and creativity to her mother, Lacey Miller, who is also an entrepreneur and currently runs a meal planning business.

“I do feel like I get most of my drive and creativity from my mother,” Savannah said. “She is so hardworking, and I always aspire to be like her.”
When she is not creating balloon displays, Savannah enjoys painting, spending time outdoors, and soaking in nature. She also loves watching television shows and movies, with the classic film Dead Poets Society topping her favorites list. And when it comes to food, steak is her go-to meal, with local favorites Culpepper Cattle Co. and Zanata earning her recommendation for anyone visiting the area.
Savannah says one of the best parts about growing up in Sonoma Verde has been the community itself.
“Everyone is super supportive and friendly of my business, and it really is amazing,” she shared. “If someone was moving into Sonoma Verde, I would tell them how lovely the community is and how everyone interacts with each other.”
And if she were showing someone around for the day? Savannah says Sonoma Verde’s pool and fishing pond would definitely be on the agenda.
It is always inspiring to see young entrepreneurs pursuing their passions, and Savannah’s creativity, work ethic, and positive spirit are already making a lasting impression. Sonoma Verde is proud to cheer on this budding business owner as Party Pops continues to grow, one celebration at a time.
