Halloween is a widely celebrated holiday known for its spooky and festive atmosphere. It’s a time when people of all ages come together to enjoy costume parties, trick-or-treating, haunted houses and various other Halloween traditions. This holiday, which falls on October 31st each year, allows individuals to embrace their creativity, dress up in fun or scary costumes and indulge in delicious treats. We hope you all have a safe and fun Halloween in our community!

This class offers a dynamic and energizing workout that combines the principles of strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness. All levels are welcome and modifications will be given. If you have any questions about the class, please contact Lori Shields. All participants must sign a Waiver before taking any classes at the Amenity Center.
